PRIVACY & CONTROL

Clear boundaries
are part of the design.

Personal plans, shared projects and company work are not one unrestricted data space. These are the requirements guiding the new Life and PRO build.

01

Separate products

Life and PRO have independent application contexts. The first release has no automatic transfer of tasks, notes or household data between them.

02

Deliberate sharing

Sharing is scoped to the project or workspace. Ordinary household and organisation roles do not imply access to someone’s private space.

03

Identity is not permission

Authentik identifies the person. INVA determines their product access, memberships and actions. A successful login does not unlock every workspace.

04

Assistance with review

Emma is optional. Proposed sharing, assignments and material changes need the appropriate review and authority. The core workflow remains usable without an AI provider.

05

A portable deployment plan

The build plan supports moving application data and services from a cloud VM to local hardware while retaining a small public gateway. This is a deployment plan, not a claim that data already stays on premises.

06

Honest limits

Application permissions are not zero-knowledge encryption. This preview does not claim certification, end-to-end encryption, guaranteed availability or an audited production service.

Policies must match the deployment.

The published website policies remain available in Icelandic. Life and PRO need product-specific notices, operational details and reviewed English equivalents before public release.
